How to Get Your Pup Ready for Outdoor Adventures:

Fill out our online form with basic info about you and your dog—breed, age, vaccination status, and preferred days.

After submitting your form, a team member will reach out for a quick introductory call. This helps us confirm your dog’s details and  your ideal schedule and package options.

All dogs must attend a short socialization meetup before starting. We host two socialization events each month for pups looking to join the VIPack. These events give us a chance to meet in person and ensure your dog is comfortable and ready for group play.

After a successful  socialization event, we’ll confirm your pick-up days and send over client intake forms—including proof of vaccination requirements—along with your invoice.

Once we receive all completed intake forms and vaccination records, you’re officially on the schedule. On your pup’s first day, our trained handlers will arrive right at your door for pick-up. From there, your dog will head out for a fun, safe day of exercise, enrichment, and social time with the VIPack. We’ll return your pup home happy and tired by early afternoon.
